多属性决策也可称为多准则决策,是现代决策科学的一个重要组成部分,它的理论和方法在工程、技术、经济、管理等诸多领域中都有广泛的应用。本文在一些专著和文献的基础上,简要介绍多属性决策的一般步骤,着重讨论在应用过程中几种主要方法的比较。
Abstract：Multiple attribute decision making(MADM)is also known as considering multiple criteria decision making(MCDM).It is an important part of the modern decision science.Its theory and method have been widely applied to engineering,technology,economy,management and other fields.Based on the literatures,this paper briefly introduces the general steps of MADM,and emphatically discusses the comparison of several main methods in the application process.
